Tagliatelle with Lemon Chicken, Capers, and Green Olives

Cut the chicken into pieces of about 2×2 cm.

Wash the lemon with the skin thoroughly, rinse it in hot water and cut into slices.
Peel the onion and dice it. Slice the garlic. Wash the parsley and chop it.

Dissolve the stock cube in 2 cups (4 cups) of boiling water.
On a fine grater, grate the Italian cheese.

In a large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and fry for 6-7 minutes until the chicken starts to brown a little.
Add the onion, garlic, olives, capers and lemon slices. Add the stock and bring it to a boil.

Add the tagliatelle nests to the sauce, cover the pot and cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the pasta has absorbed some water, add the cream and half the grated cheese. Stir and simmer for about 1 minute. Turn off the fire under the pot, add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix.

Serve the lemon chicken noodles in deep plates and sprinkle generously with the remaining cheese. Buon Appetito!
