Pork Stir Fry with Green Vegetables and Rice
Stir frying is a very popular cooking technique in Asia, especially in Vietnamese and Chinese cuisines, in which ingredients are fried in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred in a wok. The minced pork with crispy string beans is a delicious dish that you can prepare in just a few minutes.

Wash the string beans, remove the ends, string them and rinse with warm water.
Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.
Wash and chop the spring onions. Peel the garlic and slice it.

Heat 2 tbsp (4 tbsp) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the minced meat, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, cane sugar and chilli and fry together for about 5 minutes, stirring intensively.

In the meantime, boil 400ml (800 ml) of water with 1 tsp (1 tbsp) of salt. Rinse the rice in a strainer with cold water. When the water starts to boil, add the rice to it and simmer it for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it starts sticking to the pot, simply add a little water. When the rice is soft, strain it in a strainer and pour warm water over it to keep it warm.

Preheat a dry frying pan and roast sesame seeds on it (about 2-3 minutes) until they turn golden brown, shaking the pan repeatedly to prevent the seeds from burning.

Add the broccoli, string beans and sesame oil to the meat and fry for another 5-6 minutes, stirring vigorously.

On flat plates, place portions of basmati rice in the centre, then add ground beef stir fry with green vegetables, sprinkle with green onions and roasted sesame seeds.
